pissed at Maxims Genting

Maxims charged us 4100RM for our room accommodation there!!!the day upon chk-in, they charged our card 3000RM, claiming its just deposit then upon chked out, charged us 1100RM again!!!lucky, i called ocbc to chk if they refund the 3000RM and they say no...so angry, been calling and calling Maxims Genting and they took a long time to reply me.....The manager finally called me and apologised and even suggest giving me 50% discount on their suites for my next trip...as if I need it...and they need abt 3weeks to return me the 3000RM, what a 'wonderful' experience I had there....so for all who chk in to hotel, kindly ensure that the hotel do not charge the deposit to your card...it will take few weeks to do the refund....sigh....
