Busy Busy

Ever since discharged from hospital on the 6 Dec, have been really busy….been taking care of BB Ashton by myself at nite ever since discharged from hospital…MIL been helping to bath bb in the morning, washing clothes and preparing 3 meals for me….so she’s been a great help….been difficult in the first few days cos still feeling the pain on my c-section wound, hubby and I been taking turns to wake up at nite to feed bb….BB Ashton been a good boy on the first nite…he slept thru the nite from his last feeding at 12midnite….he wake up at 6plus for another feeding….from the 2nd nite onwards was terrible…he’s been waking up at 2-3 hours interval and pooing every time he wake up….so tired and lost of sleep for both hubby and me…..hubby went back to work after 1 week, leaving me to wake up at nite to feed Ashton every 3 hours now ...I really need sleep!!!!Been supplementing formula milk with my breast milk cos only managed to express up to 60-70ml of BM every day and Ashton dun want to latch on so can only bottle-feed him…which is quite tedious cos need to sterilize the bottles every time….bought extra teats already and still need to sterilize all the bottles 3 times per day…. Been also bringing BB Ashton to see the doctor every week to monitor his jaundice level….been around 130-150 level…so need to monitor further…be bringing him to see the doctor again tomorrow …hope he will be fine….. Been really tedious and tiring but fulfiling to see bb Ashton smiling at me after every feed…
