Been reading up on other mums’s blog and was rather interesting…Learnt so much on preparing bb food when bb’s 6 month old and it seems like mums like to buy birthday cake for bb to celebrate their 6 month old birthday, y huh? Anyway, its so good to have so many mummies blogging, sharing info on their bb’s growth and progress…..guess I have to buck up and do more for bb Ashton, motivation kicking in now!!!!wahaaa...
Milestones that Ashton have achieved at 5months and 16days:
- Support head and upper body when on his tummy
- Smile at familiar faces
- Play / count his fingers
- Turns towards sounds & voices
- Coo or babble when happy, scream & shriek when he’s frustrated!!!
- Recognizes own name (sometimes)
- Is ready for solid food (tried Heinz rice cereal & frisocreme)
- Can hold on to the edge of his bathtub with his right hand
- Sits momentarily without support for 5 seconds
- Reaches for toys
