BZ….

Parent-in-laws away for holiday this week and my mum came on sun to help take care of bb Ashton for the week….applied childcare leave on mon and fri so as to orientate mum…heee…and fri so that mum can go home on thurs evening to rest and prepare for her Japan trip on sat….

5-1 Vaccine for Ashton
Brought Ashton for his 5-1 jab at Kids Clinic ytday, glad that hubby is home early for bb’s jab….Dr Lilian’s on leave so Dr Allyson took over….At 2months and 3weeks plus, Ashton is now 6.3Kg and 63cm long….Dr Allyson measured Ashton’s head circumference, she checked his eyes, tested his responses and put him on his tummy….she say everything is good..hee….Ashton started to cry when Dr Allyson prepare for his jab…hubby suggested that Ashton drink his milk first before hving his jab so we waited outside while Ashton finished his milk….after his milk, we went in and Dr Allyson say the jab will be on his butt cos fleshier (HEE) and less painful for bb so hubby carry Ashton while I stand behind to distract Ashton with a toy, he was smiling away at the toy when suddenly he let out a loud scream and started to cry…hubby and I pacified him and he stopped after few mins, my brave boy….Dr Allyson then say that bb may hv fever esp from 11pm -1am, and bb might get cranky during the nite,..so she say to be prepared and not to worry…she say only 10percent of bb will get slight fever…
True enough, Ashton got slightly cranky around 8plus 9, decided to give him medicine and let him rest….glad that he slept thru the few hours and wake up around 1am for his milk then wake up around 3plus4am for another round of milk, mum woke up around 4plus so ask her to take over while I catch some sleep before waking up around 6.30am for his bath…..When preparing his bath around 7am, Mum say not to bath bb so early, how can bath bb so early, weather so cold etc… ^&%*%&^%&$ so I prepare for work then she will bath bb later....mum called earlier to say bb got his bath around 8 plus and Ashton still sleeping now…..she say how? I say let him sleep loh…sigh…my mum very cute arr…
